Talkiatry Connect is an EMR-integrated referral tool that lets providers identify eligible patients and make psychiatry referrals in just one click. My job was to take a complex B2B product and build a clear, compelling case for it, for an audience with very little time to spare.

The key insight: Knowing when to refer matters as much as being able to do it quickly. The real value of this tool is more than speed. It’s better clinical decision-making, built into a physician’s existing workflow.
